Refund policy
We want you to love your Swim Cap Wig and feel confident with your purchase! Refunds may be issued in reasonable cases (e.g., sizing concerns, product defect, or order error) as long as the wig has not been worn in water or visibly used. We cannot issue refunds for wigs that show signs of wear, styling, or water use.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Worn hair wigs cannot be returned. The wig must be free from wear, scent, hair products and the original tag must still be attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, instead of making a separate purchase, you may email info@naowhair.com for your requested exchange item. The original shipping cost will be applied to your exchanged item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Fees: When you return an item, we will issue a refund for the product's purchase price and any associated standard shipping costs. Please note, any costs associated with upgraded or expedited shipping services are non-refundable.
For domestic returns, a $7.95 flat rate return shipping fee will be applied for the return label and will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Only one flat rate return label will be issued per order. Further shipping costs for returns or exchanges on the same order is the responsibility of the customer. When you exchange an item, one complimentary return label, free of charge will be issued per order. Shipping costs on further exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@naowhair.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
